Return Eligibility
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- Product is damaged or broken
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is expired or stale
- Packaging is tampered
How to Initiate a Return

- Share photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product
- Our team will review and approve the return within 24 hours
- Arrange pickup or drop-off as instructed
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method
- COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for returns.
